Refund Policy


At Rubber Johnnies, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We understand that occasionally, you may need to return an item for a refund. This policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds will be granted for purchases made on our website.

1. Return Eligibility:

To be eligible for a refund, your item must meet the following criteria:

a) The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

b) The item was purchased within the last 30 days from the date of your refund request.

c) The item is not part of a non-refundable list, which includes but is not limited to: clearance items, sale items, custom-made products, personalized items, and gift cards.

2. Refund Process:

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

a) Contact our customer support team at team@rubberjohnnies.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photographs or documentation.

b) Upon receiving your request, our customer support team will review your case and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item.

c) You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

d) Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

3. Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return and, upon receipt and inspection of the item, either issue a refund or send a replacement at no additional cost to you.

4. Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our customer support team at team@rubberjohnnies.com.

5. Cancellations:

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. If the order has not been shipped, we will issue a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process outlined above.

6. Refund Exceptions:

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted, including but not limited to:

a) Items with obvious signs of use or damage caused by the customer.

b) Items returned more than 30 days after the delivery date.

7. Changes to this Policy:

Rubber Johnnies reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time, without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on our website.
